Three lovely cafes that I studied, relaxed, or brunched at this past week. Highlights include the brunch platter at Cafe Alma (so so so amazing - smorrebrod with caramel banana, nutella, and strawberry spreads were to die for) & the goat cheese, pine nut, and chicken salad at Cafe Paludan.
Shoutout to Cafe Blasen for making a rainy day so much sweeter - the lovely cashier/waitress gave me a free Flødeboller (chocolate and coconut covered marshmallow treat) that made me the happiest (only) American in the restaurant.
I also included another picture of my typical berries, mysli (granola), and skyr (yogurt) breakfast made in my Kollegium kitchen as a comparison of how wonderful Danish restaurant food & service is!
